Confessions of a happy man.

Happiness. In today's kalyuga is defined by the amount of moolah you have, the number of cars you drive, the size of your apartment and the brand name of every cloth you wear. A person wearing a jockey underwear is less happy than a person wearing a Calvin Klein underwear. This is the perception. Why? Because happiness is directly linked to a person's satisfaction and that too not emotional or mental; monetary. Since the driving force here in today's world is money. People think more money will give them more happiness. WHY? Because money controls everything. Every goddamn thing today. Money is the alpha and the beta! Money is the God. Money is everything. If you have money. You will be happy. This is the common perception.

And the result? People today are money oriented. Money is everything for them. Leaving families behind, small babies in the hands of creches and nurses rather than your own. Leaving parents, leaving friends leaving everything behind. Some people call it growing up. But some people are actually directed towards money for it. The growing up process costs shit to them. Its all money talks. If you have money, you have better friends, you have bigger contacts, you have more respect, you have more fans. But you may not be more happy. Its just that being satisfied with your status and your realm may be mistaken with being happy.

Its just a misconception that money can buy everything. It cannot buy you the time you did not spend in bringing up your kids ending up in making them spoiled brats, it cannot give you back the time you could not spend with your grandparents before they passed away, it cannot give you back the birthdays, anniversaries you missed because you were off somewhere caressing your job so that you can get more money, it cannot give you back the time you missed, the time of your life. Just because you were after money.

If you find money so powerful. Well, try and buy them back! Try becoming the father you wanted to be. Try getting back the sons you wanted to have, try being the good friend your friends wanted to be! Try being the sane human God wanted you to be! Try cashing back LIFE!
